Water-based tire shine developed for use in automatic applicators at the end of the car wash contains a special blend of various siloxanes that push past the water on the tire adhering to the rubber for several days! It is far less prone to plug applicator holes as well during close. This product can be applied by hand as well.  V.O.C. Free.
